End user training document in sap sourcing

Hi,

My client is implementing SAP Sourcing on-premise, we are exploring the options available for storing all end user self training document/vedio/PPT etc in SAP sourcing. In my knowledge SAP sourcing has option like:

   - Help --> Documentation on home screen

   - URL link on workbench channel etc

Appreciate if you share experience on this

Hi Jenni,

On the workbench there is channel name Help Center.

The Help Center channel can be modified to add custom links which can include your training documentation.

Navigate to Set up --> System Set up --> Workbench Page --> All Workbench Templates --> Home Default Buyside Template --> Under Layout, you will find the Help Center channel that can be modified to add custom links.

Hi,

In the Companies object there is a Workbench setup tab wherein you can create CLM-wide accessible data via links or attachments. Then this can be added as a channel on all users' workbench and deployed with the CLM application.

Another approach that we have seen is by maintaining CLM related training documentations etc. in an Intranet page. Also you can  provide a link to that page in CLM via the method mentioned above.
