EPM Add-in auto Update error

Hi,

We are running:

Client: EPM-Addin 10 SP 13 patch 5 build 8330 .Net 4 big vol client

App Server :SAP BPC 10 NW SP 09

The auto update for the client is not working, when selecting Excel 2010 > EPM tab > About > Check for updates > nothing happens. When I check the log file I get the following :

Hi Gavin,

Currently only .NET 3.5 EPM Add-in support auto upgrade from BPC web since there is no msp file delivered in .NET 4.0 EPM Add-in version.
