Hi,
Can anybody tell me how Inventory Valuation is done in SAP so as to meet the requirement of Indian Accounting Standard 2 (AS- 2) ?

The inventory valuation in SAP is done at standard. Indian accounting standard AS-2 allows standard costing. In case you require actual costing then then you have to implement material ledger.
