Equipment and Notification Tab Grey

Hi,

I have a requirement that i will create one Maintenance Order. In in the Object List i will assign the Other Notification.

When i see in the operation tab am unable to see the Equipment No and Notification in that screen, in which the fields are showing grey.

In Object list tab, after giving the required notification number, click Assignment button at the bottom. Assign the appropriate operations to those notifications, so that those can be displayed against operations.
