What does external service provider mean in vendor evaluation

Can someone explains what are external service providers in vendor evaluation and how to use them while doing vendor evaluation.

Hi Iqbal,

The external service providers are the vendors who provide/perform different kind of services in your plants/premises.

Services is defined as a criteria in vendor evaluation wherein the sub-criterias are "Timelines for External Services" and "Quality of External Services".
