How to cancel email function

Dear,

I have received hundreds of emails from SCN every day, which already influenced I read my emails related to my work.

According to the text from SCN, I have closed all function listed in Preference, but it seems to be not effective.

Could you please tell me how to do cancel the mail receiving function?
