EPM Report-Editor -> Local Member options

Hello Experts,

I am trying to figure out what are the options. USE EXCEL CELL REFERENCE and the option RELATED TO CONTEXT in the EPM Report-Editor under the Local Member Tab.

I have looked in manuals, I even do some testing, but i don't see any difference on having the options checked or not checked.

Any idea.
