Payment advice Internal/External Mail triggering issue.

Hi Frds,

We are facing one issue regarding payment advice note to be mail triggered to automatically, if we are getting payment advice note print out the spool request will be generated,once spool will be generated mail automatically we be going to which is mentioned in vendor master either internal or external.But it is not happing in production since 4 days.

But i checked quality server it is working fine,why it is not happing in production.anybody can help the resolving issue.
