Popup is not working fine in CRM_UI (AIM)

Hi All,

While i create incident in CRM UI, the page shows the below message.

Service cannot be reached


What has happened?

URL   call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note
The termination occurred in system   with error code 400 and for the reason Session not found.

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.


HTTP 400 - Session not found

Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team

But i have activated all the services and and FQDN parameters are maintained properly.

Please let me know what setting i need to do to resolve this issue.

Hi There,

Do anyone found the solution for this it is happening only in certain browser.

"The termination occurred in system with error code 400 and for the reason session not found"

It happen only when I trigger a POP UP from CRM screen.

It works fine in Mozilla but it not working in IE.

Please check if user has dialog type assigned:

1997603 - "Service cannot be reached" error when creating incident
