Transaction type not visible in sap crm web ui

Hello everyone

Please help me for following. I have created a new transaction in sap crm also the channel crm web ui is been assigned to the transaction. I can see the transaction when i open transaction through crmd_order. But when i try to open the same transaction via web ui page it is not visible.

Hi Uday,

This has been discussed many times in SCN. I would suggest you to do a google search on SCN with the subject you have given for this thread. You will find a lot of threads which have discussed the same issue. Since there could be more than one reason why this issue happens, you can go through them and possibly solve the problem yourself. Still if you could not solve, you can post here providing the details of all those you have tried. This will help to save your time and get to the solution as early as possible. Otherwise, the disussion will go on for a longer period until the reason is nailed down as you can see in the posts which have already discussed on the same.
