Security issue??

Hi all,

my client is bank. it contains more than 1000 branches (1000 users).branches are maintained in entity dimension.

hierarchy level in entity dimension is bank as a whole -> zones -> regions -> branches.

here problem is, every manager (zone manager, region manager, branch manager) get transfer in every year.

one branch manager transfer to another branch( for other zone or other region) etc.

so, every year i need to change the access ( almost for 1000 branches) who get transfer and assign to proper team.

can we do this security access in any other web services, there our network administrator maintain security??

Is there any feature available in BPC???
