Default Warehouse for Sales Orders and POs ?

Hello,

Is there a way in SAP to define that default warehouse for Sales Orders (say will be warehouse 01) and default warehouse for POs (say warehouse) 02?

I am sure if we change default warehouse on each Item Master it will affect both orders and POs but if this the only way can you tell us is there anything can to upload the changes via DTW for example ?
