Check all PI-Related Applications

Hi PI community,

we have PI AEX 7.31 SP4 running, and I want to check if all PI related services are running.

According to the SAP Help page http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73ehp1/helpdata/de/78/f59442062bcd6ae10000000a155106/content.htm there should be following services running:

• sap.com/com.sap.aii*
• sap.com/com.sap.jdo
• sap.com/com.sap.lcr*
• sap.com/com.sap.xi*

But in our system I can't find sap.com/com.sap.jdo and sap.com/com.sap.lcr*.

My question is, are these services dependent on PI installation and what provides the service sap.com/com.sap.jdo?

Hi,

Restart the java services once, it should work.

If any of the services is not running, please restart them by selecting the service that are not running.

may be.

check with the basis team, whether they deploy these services or not. if they didn't deploy, they will not show under the java services.

This is the post installation task.

Dear all,

I think the description in SAP Help page is not exactly correct.

Operations -> Systems  -> Start & Stop  ->  Java Services

Under this tab we can only find:

sap.com/com.sap.aii*

sap.com/com.sap.xi*

To check         

sap.com/com.sap.jdo

sap.com/com.sap.lcr*

we need to go to tab Java Applications and search for com.sap.jdo or com.sap.lcr*.

com.sap.jdo or *jdo*.

 what provides the servicesap.com/com.sap.jdo?

I can't find anything using keywords like com.sap.jdo or *jdo*.

I think, this service is not installed in our system.
