Hello Experts,

Can anybody help me how to start with sales order integration?

Please help me with documents and also the step by step process.

Hello Raj

For standart Sales order scenario steps you should following the steps below

1.Define Point Types for Sales-Order Integration

SPRO -> SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> Customer Relationship Management ->Marketing ->Loyalty Management  ->Channel integration-> Define Point Types for Sales Order Integration

2. Create product hierarchy for loyalty products

Go to transaction COMM_HIERARCHY

a) Create Hierarchy HIER_LOY

b) Create Category LM_REWARD_CATEGORY

c) Assign Set Type REWARD_PRO_LOY to the new category

3. Product enhancement

Enhance the products with Loyalty Management Category and Set Type for Reward Products (tr. COMMPR01)

4. Check Categories and Types for Sales Order Integration

Go to SPRO -> SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -> Customer Relationship Management -> Marketing -> Loyalty Management ->Member Activity -> Define Categories and Types for Sales Order Integration

5. Define Transaction Type for loyalty Sales order (Standart from SAP - LTAA)

6. Sales order creation

In sales order you should fill

• Customer
• Membership of customer
• Loyalty product
• Organisational data

After saving this order will be generated MA for membership due the scenario in your transaction (for LTAA it is accrual)
