No Schedule line generation in case of dependent requiremetn by MRP

Hi Freinds,

We are unable to create schedule lines incase of dependent requirements. System is creating schedule lines in case of independent requirements but for Dependent requirements it is creating PR.

Master data for materials, BOM and Source List with scheduling agreeement are maintained properly. Requirements for header material is maintianed by MD61 and our MRP type is PD with lot size EX for header and child materials.

When we run MRP system is creating PR and not the schedule lines for child materials of BOM. But if we maintain independent requirement then system is created schedule lines for independent rquirement and PR for dependent requirements.

Can anybody help us for resolving the issue, we want to create schedule lines for dependent requirements and i think it is very much possible.
