Cannot upload Crystal report to BI server

Hello

I am trying to export a new crystal report from CR2011 client tool to the BI server but get a message "Transport Error: Communication Failure.(FWM 00001). However, I can overwrite an existing crystal report from the client tool and upload the same from Launchpad.

Also, I can upload this new crystal report using "Report Upload Wizard".

Question 1: Any idea on the error?

Question 2: Does SAP recommend to use Report upload wizard to upload any new crystal reports?
