Good day dear experts,
We are trying to make a QA system for BW.
BASIS Team created a BWQ system by copying our BWP system. They did the same for our ECC system. They created an R3Q box by copying R3P.
(they did so that Production Data will already be available in our QA systems)
After BASIS created our BWQ, I noticed that the BW Source system is still set to Production R3P. So I asked them to update the source system.
Now they changed the source system to R3Q, but when I performed a "check" (right click R3Q icon and choose "check") I got the following errors.
My Questions:
#1. Can the errors above be fixed by BW Person? Or do I need to show these errors for BASIS to fix?
#2. When the R3Q and BWQ connection gets fixed, do I still need to perform another "Initialization Load" for BW? or I can immediately proceed to DELTA Loading? Because R3Q is a direct copy of R3P so the data are the same. In Production we only perform Delta Loads daily.
Thank you for reading my inquiry.
BASIS should be able to resolve this. They need to be sure that they have run BDLS after the copy. Also, they need to check WE20 (Partner Profiles) and WE21 (IDOC Ports)
EDIT: Also if you make sure that your systems are open in SCC4 and click "Restore" from the context (right click) menu on the Source System. This should perform these actions (WE20, 21) for you.

Thank you very much experts!
I will get back to BASIS team and post updates here regarding the progress.
Update: Connection is now all green and was fixed by basis team.

Hey Juan,
1) Show the error to the Basis team. They should be able to fix it.
2) Since it is a system copy, you can start doing delta loads since all the data and the time stamps are still the same. If there are discrepancies in the data, then drop all the data, delete the init, and re-do the init load.
Best,
SJ

1. It is most likely a Basis issue.
2. It may work. I'd just try it.
