Please Guide Me About SAP MM

Dear Memebers

I Mahesh working as GET in Power Generation Industrie GREENKO GROUP COMPANY in  PROCUREMENT Deparment as  (GET) in my company we have SAP i am part of it and working as end user and use entry the PO into SAP i do'nt know even more than that of it Please suggest me i need to go SAP as creerar now iam confused what do and develop in the SAP MM feild Please give valueble  suggestion

Hi Mahesh,

It is very good for your career that you are getting experience as SAP end user.  It is a good idea for you to start your career in SAP.

Please don't be bothered of how much you know at this stage. I would suggest you to join authorized SAP training center while continuing your job. You can choose new SAP training course for 3 months in OLT(Online Training) mode.

But be careful while choosing training center!  You need to make sure that the training center has best placement records to avoid future grievances.

Hi,

  Since you already been working in sap Environment there is every Possibility you can shift your Career as SAP Consultant.but you need to get Trained well and practise vigourously and connect your Real time purchase process with SAP process.

Caution- Do not leave your Present Job and participate in SAP blogs to understand the requirementand issues so that you can have live exposure.

you need to make sure you know the procurement cycle in your own firm. This means that right from pr to miro.

also you need to know the configs and the valuation structure for the materials

YOu will get these on google so do your research.

Hi,

It is better to have domain exp as well as SAP exp. so now you can take training for any authorized or non authorized institute as per your financial status. and  prepare well .

Then attain interview and face the questions, find the answers from Google  or SDN and prepare well.

It will be little tough to get a break but not impossible. dedication and hard-work will help you to do so.
