Hi All,
We are using Worklist to Search Customer Service requests on the version CRM 7.0 EhP2...Now the issue is when we click on Search button, on the Result list column header level Filter drop down not having values except "Fixed Column Left", "Fixed Column Right'.....We have this issue for only one users and other user able to see all the Filter drop down values.
Kindly let us know what missed out for the user who is facing this issue.

Hi Madhavi,
Unfortunately I don't have access to a CRM702 system, but maybe setting a breakpoint in method IF_CRM_WEB_CALLBACK~HANDLE_REQUEST from class CL_THTMLB_CELLERATOR will help, because that's where the system is building the dropdown list for THTMLB tables.
May you give it a try and give us the result?
