Printer issue

Hi,

Recently we have installed the Zebra printer in our SAP environment.

When am giving the print from SAP , the spool request status showing as either completed or completed(problem)

But the print is not coming from device where as printer is properly working properly in Oracle environment.

I have anlaysed the sm21,wp trace file and wherever i can. But no luck .

Can any one help me pls.

Product info : SAP ECC 6.0 basis 701

DB:- Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 and OS is AIX
