I am having a requirement of PL C/F to Next years.
Presently the no. of PL's per annum is 17 apart from other leave types. Only PL will be C/F to next year, the below is the logic for C/F. The Quota Accrual is happening on Pro-Rata Basis and the accrual is on Daily.
Condition1: As per the TableYear Quota accured (On Yearly Basis) C/F to next year Lapse leave encashment 1st year 17 12 5 2nd year 29 17 5 7 3rd year 34 17 5 12 4th year 34 17 5 12 5th year 34 17 5 12
Condition 2: If an employee has worked less than 6 months(Joined on/after 01.07.2013) the entire quota accrued for PL needs to be carry forward to next year.
Condition 3: Leave Encashment Gross Salary of the particular month/no. of working days*no. of PL's to be encashed as per the logic listed above.
Request for the help in writing the rules for the above.
