Hi Rahul,
I would suggest the creation of restricted key figures based the type of absent types. Then you can remove Attendance/Absent Types characteristic from the columns.
Your column section will have the Payroll days restricted key figures for each Absence/Attendance type plus the number of employees.

Hi Rahul
When creating the restricted key figure add the key figure Payroll Days and characteristic 'Abs/Att Type' and restrict it to a particular value, e.g. LWP - Medical Ground.
You will need to create one restricted key figure for each 'Abs/Att Type' the business is interested in. Then add all the restricted KF plus Number of Employees to the query's column section.
That should give you the output you are looking for.

Hi Rahul,
If you hide "Number of Employees" keyfigure, even your result values will not be displayed. In a way it is not possible at query designer level.
By user perspective the "Number of employees" shown on report and it summation(result row) are not matching, so there is something you need to check the requirement of report.
Thanks,

Hi Rahul,
In the Key Figure properties of "Number of Employees", there is an option to "Hide" the key figure under the "Display" option.
Please use that option to refrain from displaying that key figure in the results.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
