Getting access to internal VPN site (aka. Access Anywhere)


It does not make sense.

I am waiting for close to a month to get access to an internal VPN site. It has nothing to do with citrix client - which works perfectly - as said earlier. This is security/account issue.

When I log in with my user [amelkony] and write the password, this is what I get back:

"Your credentials are invalid. Try again or contact your system administrator. "

I need the access and I need it ASAP. I have a serious migration project within ten days from today. Anyone may solve this simple issue?
