Critical - Group selective results under "Other"

Question is on a Sales report built on Crystal Enterprise with data source as BW query designer.

BW Sales query pulls the complete list of sales from all existing customers in the system.

Business Requirement on Crystal is to display only selective customers and group rest of the customers results & name as "Others".

I'm new to crystal and formulae,. Please assist.

Hi Vee Kay,

Please have a look at this Tutorial.

In the Tutorial the group is created on a currency field. In your report you need to create the group on the Customer Name field and choose the condition.
