Problem downloading SAP HANA Client and Studio?

Hi everyone!

Right now im trying to download SAP HANA Client and SAP HANA Studio, but im receiving the same error again and again:

"Unfortunately we have trouble completing your download request. Please contact sdn@sap.com for further support"

Right now im still waiting for some response, and also read some posts with the same problem.

People said its matter of time or profile settings update missing.

Anyone have another solution?
