Archiving Smartform on Archivelink with Output Set as PDF in NACE.

Hi ,

I have requirement where I have to Archive the Smartforms which have Output set as PDF in Nace configuration.

I tried passing Archiving Parameters in the Smartform Function Module .

It didnt worked as there is a PDF Print Preview is popping up on the screen.

Archiving is successful on passing Archiving Parameters for the Smartforms with Smartform as Output in NACE.

Please help and provide your Suggestions on the same how to move forward.

I didn't understand what you tried to do ...

if you use NACE transaction, the Archiving is automatic without any actions from your side.

Do you have configure the OAM1 trans ?

Hi Fred,

Archiving can be done after passing archive parameters to Smartform FM but in this case , there is a requirement to preview the Smartform as a PDF and then Archive.

so even after passing the archiving parameters we are unable to archive the Smartform to SAP Archive Link.

Hi Pavan,

if you use NACE / NAST, why didn't you use the fm WFMC_PREPARE_SMART_FORM ?

For the sales order, I used the standard program (of the best practice) and I haven't do anything specific to archive ... only the Content Repository & the link in trans. OAM1
