But later on, my customer found out that 1 Qty of Item A1 already damaged.
So they want to issue one more Qty of Item A1 instead of one that already damaged.

Please your advices are necessary for me.

Hello Borey
Did you already try to post the goods issue directly on transaction MIGO?

Hi,
If you have already done 261 then first do 262 for damage item in MIGO or MB1A.
Then same item move in damage storage location with storage location to storage location movment.
Again do 261 for same item A1.

Hi,
If you want to do additional consumption on component A1 for the order then use MB1A with movement 261. It will lead to additional cost to the order.
If you want to remove the damaged item and then you want to consume fresh material then use MB1A transaction and first reverse the consumption using 262 movement and then re-consume fresh material using 261 movement. This will not impact the product cost as well.

Hi,
If your order is still open, then you can create a manual reservation with T - Code MB21 against mvt. type 311 for the required material. On the basis of this reservation stores will issue the desired qty entered in the reservation.
Though manual reservation creation is independent of Production order. You can give the Order number in Text field.
This can be used for tracking also with reservation list through MB25.

Hi Borey Phon,
* First check your production order status. it shouldn't be TECO. We can't do any goods movement against TECOed order. If status is TECO, you have to revoke the TECO status.
* Check whether Backflush indicator are set for the components in Production order's components list. If it was set, then you have to un check the backflush indicator and try to issue excess components against the production order.
Thanks

Hi
Get the material document from the order.Follow the path in the order---Goto-Documented goods movement.Cancel the material document in MBST. Reversal of goods would happen .You can see movement type 262.
Reissue the goods to order again .

HI,
You can do one thing through MIGO.
Create on new document with goods issue---> Order in that
create on line item with movement type 261 for material A1 qty 1 and
create on line item with movement type 262 for material A1 qty 1.
This way in a single document you can do both issue and withdrawal.

hi,
Since you want to remove 1 Quantity of A1 from Production Order .
So go to Production order , go to components and add this material bracket and quantity as -1.
When you do confirmation, this material will be recieved by 531 movement and stock will go up by 1 amount. Do scrapping of this material doing MIGO or MB1A
Go to MB1A
Movement type menu > Scrapping > from warehoue > unresticted use / Quality stock / Blocked stock
Movement types 551 for unresticed use,553 for quality inspection ,555 for blocked stock
Again by MB1A, issue this component bracket123 against the production order using 261 movement time.

Hi.
If you don't see the material in MIGO maybe is you tick final delivery at GI time. You can see and post more GI of this materials, in MIGO just go to
> Settings > Default Values > TICK Propose all Items.

Hello Borey,
Solutions may depend upon the way you want to book the cost for the damaged part A1.
(a) If you want to book the cost to the production order itself (production order is a cost object), manually book consumption for another quantity using MB1A, 261 movement (you will have to mention the production order during posting this consumption).
(b) If you do not want to book higher cost to that production order, you can:
1. Extract damaged quantity of A1 from that production order using MB1A 262 movement.
2. Create a manual QM lot and after rejection, move that damaged quantity to blocked stock.
3. You can scrap or rework from that blocked quantity later.
4. Issue another quantity of A1 from unrestricted stock to that production order using MB1A 261 movement.
Hope I could help you.
Best Regards.

Hi,
You can do MB1A 262 - Send damaged quantity to respective sloc.(One document will generate.)
With reference to that doc. no. , you can reissue required quantity to fulfill the same order.
Use MB1A 261.
Revert if useful.
