list of cost centers under a manager

I need to check what all cost centers are under a manager?

I have the Manager's PERNR, Position, OU etc. not sure how to check all the cost centers that are managed by this manager. Please advise.

1. Go to transaction PPSS.
2. Specify the highest Organizational Unit.
3. Enter SAPUORUL as evaluation path.
4. Choose Enter.

You'll get the list of all cost centers under the org. unit.

And if you're looking for the cost centers by sub Org. units, then change the evaluation path to DFPS_OMC.

Hi,

You can check how many OU's manages by position(Holder/Manager) based on the same you can find how many cost centers are assigned to the Manager.

You can check directly in HRP1001 - A011 cost center assignment.

You may require other relationships also to get entire data.
