Importing multiple dashboards in one package

Dear All

We're using the SAP Business One add-in called the 'Dashboard Packaging Wizard' to create a zip file that we can use to import all our dashboards (and queries) that we've recently written.

It seems that the packager allows us to select multiple dashboards and it seems to successfully create the zip file, along with info.xml, describing the various dashboards that we've packaged.

When we go to the Dashboard Manager option in SBO (8.82 PL06) and import the package, we get the message:

"This is not a valid dashboard package.  The package information file might be corrupted.  Contact package author for support"

Clearly, we could create a separate zip file for each dashboard but this is time consuming and also creates a dashboard 'group' for each dashboard - thus making the end-user who must manage the dashboards a difficult and time consuming job too.

Has anyone been able to create a package with multiple dashboards in it?

Many thanks

Andy

We can create a package with single dashboard only, because queries which are used in dashboard can be packaged with single dashboard at a time.

You can not make multiple dashboards in a single package.

Hi

You can create multiple entries into one zip file, along with their queries.  It's just that the import routine will then not import the resultant package.  It says that the file is corrupted.

Cheers
