Import FA master data from Excel - SAP B1 9.0

Hi everyone,

I've tried to import FA master data from excel file to SAP B1 version 9.0 PL02.

I did searching through SAP Notes, delta training document and community network but I've not found any detail documents mention about this yet.

From the delta training document, the procedure sounds easily. In fact, I got something need help and answers as following:

1. What is the date format for datetime fields on the excel template?? I usually get the error message like "Capitalization date is not valid" even when succesfully importing cases

2. Is there any validation relating to fields: the first date of import fiscal year, capitalization date, remaining life, depreciation start date like we have to follow in the earlier version??? I sometimes get error message like: the useful life must be the same to the remaining life

3. How to import successfully FA master data with more than 1 depreciation area? I did successfully importing once but depreciation area was without derived area that should be included as default like creating new asset using main area

4. Is there any log file which I can find more detail about the error messages?

Thanks

Doan Ngoc
