Adaptive Server Enterprise system exception (0xc0000005) generated by a storage access violation

Hello gurus of Sybase!

Please help solve the problem.

I installed the ERP system SAP ERP6.0 EHP6 on Windows Server 2008

Database is Sybase ASE 15.7.0.042.

The system workedwell for about a month, but this morning (31.05.2013) I found that the system doesn't work.

The process sqlserver.exe load CPU by 75 percent.

I rebooted server and everything was working well.

Most likely a problem in the database.

I see database log, but couldn't determine the problem.

Please help me. I attached the database log file.

ASE on Windows crashes due to system exception (0xc0000005) generated by a storage access violation with error message "attempted write to memory location 0000000000000000 from instruction at location 0x0000000000000000".

You need apply the EBF 21577 is part of ASE 15.7 SP102

I tried to check the database log but the file has weird characters.

Could you please attach the database log in a log format?

(e.g. /sybase/SNB/ASE-15_0/install/SNB.log)

When I open the .zip file it opens in the WinRAR application.  If I double-click on the SNB.txt entry in WinRAR, I get the file with weird characters.  But if I extract SNB.txt or use the "view" icon, I can read the log without any problem.
