Hi,
I'm trying to send an email to the Message Processor, when something is changing on an incident - but I have some problems with the action definitions.
I would like to be able to use the mail forms defined in the UI, instead of smartforms and for this i'm trying to use SMIN_STD_MAIL_FORM.
But for some reason it doesnt seem to work for anything else than Reported By - no matter how I play around with the Partner Functions it seems that the mail will always get sent to the Reported By email.
SMIN_STD_MAIL works fine for other Partner Functions.
Hope that someone can point me in the right direction

Found the issue re: blank email - it was auth object CRM_IM_ML. Added display (03) and the email is sent. Onto next issue!
Mail Form is sent but my attributes don't work. Tried with user that has SAP_ALL - same result. I added the attribute context, added to form - but variables are not populating in email.
