Logoff in WebGUI doesn't logoff from Portal

Hi experts,

Now I'm building Portal pages to display WebGUI from ERP.

The issue I'm facing is, logging off from ERP WebGUI doesn't syncronize logging off from Portal.

In transaction iView, there is menu "exit session" or "log off". When a user select log off, ERP session is ended but Portal session isn't.

The user can come back the portal page without ID and password and get into ERP with logon ticket issued by Portal.

Please advise such as,

1. How to force logoff from Portal when user log off from ERP WebGUI
2. How to hide standard log off menu from WebGUI

We don't have development skilled resource, so I do want to resolve this issue without coding.

Any advise will be appreciated.

According to note 1010519, I could hide logoff menu and OK code field.

when you hide ERP transaction iView logoff button , does it actually closing the session in the backend?

Some times even though you logoff from the portal the backend server session still continues, Please check.

Thank you for reminding me.

I have checked and the ERP session was cleared after user logoff from Portal.
