Fix dashboard size in BI Launchpad

Hi,

I build one dashboard in Dashboard designer 4.0 and exported into BO Enterprise 4.0.

But when I open dash board in BI Launch pad,  we lose control over canvas size  and its not like professional looking.

Could you please suggest is it required any page setup use to do in BI launch pad / CMC level.

we had similar issue, but after applying SP4 and patch5, it was fixed. You can also make the change in Dashboard canvas settings.

We are on BO 4.0 SP6, but here also we are facing the issue.

There is no setting in BI Launch Pad for Dashboard size. What is current size of the dashboard under File->Document Properties window?

you change canvas size to 1024*768 from File->Document Properties, publish dashboard to BO Server and check dashboard size from BI Launch Pad.
