Hello Team,

I know that this is too old and there are so many threads on this but after reading i am sending this issue please help if possible.

I am tring to get update the read only data for SAP systems in Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 in SMSY. Job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT is running successful daily.

I have maintained 2 SAP Customers in V_AISAPCUSTNOS view as shown in attached screenshot.

Due to security reasons i have changed the customer numbers in logs and screenshots.

there is a RFC created for customer number 111111 with name SM_SP_0000111111

and in view V_AISAPCUSTNOS i have set the processor 111111 for 222222

still in job log i see message "No destination for SAP customer number 222222" and system data is not getting update for the customer number 111111.

can you help me do i need to create a new RFC for the second customer number with name SM_SP_0000222222?

Thanks & Regards

Gajanand Gupta

Thanks LIuis and Johan for your help.

I am going through the same sap notes and img paths. in my system the parameter ONE_RFC_TO_SAP_FOR_ALL_CUST is set as blank so i just want to confirm that do i need to create seprate RFC for the other customer if yes i want to create the RFC manually without using the report "SM_CONFIG_RFC" bcos one RFC is already created for my 111111 customer and i dont want to disturb any existing setup.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Gajanand,

Please view this.

http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/NWTech/Solution+Manager+MOPZ+user+configuration

Maybe also you can maintain multiple customer numbers in the table listed there.

Hi Gajanand,

Yes, you have to create them seperately.

Make sure you have a working s account for all your customers

Gajanand, you can delete the SM...11111 RFC whithout nay problem, an then create it again from SM_CONFIG_RFC, from that report you dwnload an excel template where you can fill it with any number of sap customer names/users and pwd and then create it from the same report.

Hi Gajanand,

Refer to sap notes

Note 1490774 - Batch Job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT

Note 1140138 - No destination found for SAP customer number

Note 1301032 - Destination for multi-customer handling

Seems like it might be SP related.

Hello Gajannand,

you have to use the report "SM_CONFIG_RFC", you can see more information about that report on img:

solution manager -> SAP Partner -> Service Provider -> Basic Setup for Several SAP Customer Numbers -> ;Setup for SAP connection for customers.
