BOM-Sub-components price problem in Sales order

Former Member

Hi,

I am into MT0 scenario and we have BOM requirement.

Here i am facing problem with the components price.

Requriement:

ITEM

MATERIAL

RATE

10

COMPUTER

1000

(SUM OF RAM ,CPU)

20

RAM

8000

30

CPU

2000

40

RAM

9000

WHEN I ENTER "RAM" AS A SEPARATE LINE ITEM IN THE SAME SALES ORDER THEN RAM RATE HAVE TO BE 9000/- INSTEAD OF 8000/-

Means when RAM is going as assembled product then RAM price is 8000/-

But in the same SALES ORDER if i want to send the RAM as a separate line item then price should be 9000/-

I am maintaining condition record at material level.

If i maintain 8k it is fetching 8k in 20 th line item and 40 th line item.

But i want 8k in 20 th and 9K in 40TH line item.

So how to differentiate and how to maintain price for this?

Please suggest.

Dear Ram,

I assume that your main item categoty group is LUMF.

You can anyway enter the amount manualy in 40th line and this will not effect the

BOM item price that is 20th line price.

I'm currently trying to create :

1) condition table with fields : item category(PSTYV) + material ( matnr)

2) Item category determination

    or + lumf + norm = ZTAN

     or +           norm  = tan.

3) create condition record for both item catz combination.

I have found  PSTYV field but when it comes to table creation, item catz field is not listed..

so not able to go further according the above plan.

Could you please try to do as mentioned above and let me know if  its working or not.?

Best Regards,

Raj.

Hi,

I think you can Differentiate through Item Category.

Dear All,

Thanks for the replies.

1) How can i differentiate with Item category?

My high level is TAP, low is TAN.

When i enter new line item it will come as TAN.

2) These links are talking about components pricing in main item...But my problem is not relevant with them.

Please suggest
