Difference Open Item Status on S_AC0_52000887 and FBL5N

Dear SAPers,

Recently I executed report S_AC0_52000887 and compare its result with FBL5N with these parameters:

S_AC0_52000887:

result: there are 6 open items

FBL5N:

when I executed FBL5N, it said

to make sure, I tried to reexecute FBL5N with line item selection: "All items", and I found these

suprisingly it showed me that these 6 documents are already cleared

anyone please give me enlightment regarding this case.

Hi Aulia,

In S_AC0_52000887 selection screen, I see you activated one custom selection.

In FBL5N selection screen, you activated two custom selection also.

Can you check again both of them and make the selection condition is the same?

Thanks for your responses, well it's true I put one custom selection in S_AC0_52000887 and two custom selection in FBL5N

My goal is to know how many outstanding account receivables are there for specific customer in a profit center, so this what I've done:

first, I executed S_AC0_52000887, entry customer code, give profit center code into dynamic selection, select for open items at key date: 29.05.2013

After executing this trans. code, I got 6 documents which status are open.

But I have further requirement to see the open items with view like FBL5N, so I did following step:

I executed FBL5N, entry customer code, give the 6 documents & fiscal year into dynamic selection, select for open items at key date: 29.05.2013

I expected it will show the 6 documents with status open, but it response with this message

So to make sure, I reexecuted FBL5N with line item selection "All items" and it showed that the 6 documents status are cleared.

attention to generate a new list in S_AC0_52000887. You are able to display the previous list and this could be your outdated view.

I don't think so Please check dynamic selection of both transaction code's. Any ledger's
