Small Business Edition Chip License: Any restriction on no. of cores per CPU?

"Sybase ASE Small Business Edition may only be installed on a machine that has a maximum configuration of 2 CHIPS (sockets) per the manufacturers’ maximum configuration. The limitation on the number of chips is per machine. A partition with less than 2 chips within a machine of more than 2 chips does not qualify for ASE SBE."

It limits how many CPU chips you use. Just wonder, does it limit how many cores for each CPU?
