Sap Business one upgrade

Dear Expert,

i am trying to upgrade my databases to 9.0 PL04 but the upgrade close and shut down when updating users. i have tried it on all databases and on PL01 and it is giving the same message. can anyone help please?

Hi Tony Matar,

Please advice your existing database. Some of the existing version can't upgrade directly to 9.0 PL04.

This seems the application error.

You may raise a support ticket to SAP to get the solution...
