Regarding Communications

Hi,

It has been a while now with this new SCN. But still i could say it is not stabilized yet like previous SDN. Today, I am facing a strange issue in my communications. I was marking all my messages as "Mark All Read". Then my communications will become ok. Again all my messages turn into unread in the very next moment. This is causing a great confusion to know what is genuinely pending to read?

When can I expect new SCN as stabilized one? New SCN is very attractive in terms of look and feel & ambiance. But these issues sometimes causes headache.

Hi Suman,

This is an isolated issue and we apologize for it. It's now working again and IT is investigating to determine why it happened.

Again, it is working again.
