Hi,
Once the orders are planned and scheduled, they are dispatched to people who can execute them. I would like to perform a query which returns all orders which have been assigned to a specific person.
The relevant person is the field worker who performs the operations that are defined in the order.
Using the BAPI MaintenanceOrderBAPI.OrderheadGetList resturns a list of order headers depending on the selection criteria. I have seen the content of the table E_TEMPLATE including the 97 entries but I am not able to identify the relevant parameter.
What is the parameter that defines the person who performs the actual work in the field?
Many thanks for your help!
Regards,
Andreas
Andreas,
Which specific field do you use in the order to define "the person who performs the actual work"?

Hi Pete,
are you Peter Atkin from Aberdeen? I have just sent you a linkedIn contact request. I would like to get in touch with you.
To be honest, I am not able to answer your question. The standard order header contains the section 'First operation' including the 'Person. no' field. Who is captured in this field? Is that information the actual field worker who is performing the operations as defined in the order?
Is it possible that each order is assigned to a different field worker?
Many thanks for your help!
Andreas
