Error - Initialize Delta process - 0FC_PAY

I'm trying to run BW in the load init datasource 0FC_PAY but this returns the following error:

" Delta-Extraction for payments is not active - FKKBW_E "

I need to do some process in ecc to perform load INIT FC_PAY the datasource?
