Personnel Calculation Rule?

Let me preface this question by stating that my background is not in Payroll and the Payroll Analyst that I work with is on a vacation for the next few weeks.

I am in Canada and for ROEs / Employment Insurance purposes we assign EI insurable hours to time wage types. This is done in table V_512W_C. If the wage type hours are insurable we select the check box in the table. This seems to work 99% of the time. We have an issue with a specific wage type where the checkbox is selected. It is assigning the hours as insurable for most employees but it is not doing this for a certain grouping of employees. Do you think that this is being controlled via a PCR? If so, is there anyway to determine what PCR this may be in? Is there something like a 'where used' option with wage types in PCRs? I have tried exploding the payroll simulation results and searching for the wage type to determine the PCR but I was unsuccessful in this endevour.

Any input or direction is greatly appreciated.
