Profitability segment in purchase requisition wrongly updated

Hello Experts,

Profitability segment is updated in purchase requisition and PO also created with reference PR.

Now when we are posting MIGO with movement 101 system is
asking us to make the necessary configuration. But the particular G/L 0061190000
should not ask CO-PA assignment.

Moreover we are unable to see Profitability
segment in purchase requisition and if manually create PR with same parameters system
is not updating the Profitability segment.

It is available in the table EBKN

Requesting you please suggest us, how to deactivate a Profitability
segment in purchase requisition or bypassing in the MIGO (goods receipt).

Thanks in advance.

Narendra

    Hi,

For that GL Account 0061190000 need to assign Profitability Segment is mandatory in that field status variant assigned in that GL Account.

First you need to reverse the document and do the configuration, repost it will update.

    Thanks.

    • Hello Sivakumar,

      Thank you for reply.

In my case it should not post Profitability Segment. But it
wrongly updated in PR, now while posting MIGO system expecting PA setting.

I am currently checking for solutions overcome the situation or
      workaround solution.

    Hi Narendra,

Please check is there any settings in OKB9 profitability segment assignment, if GL Account 0061190000 is an cost element assign the default cost center in OKB9, then system won't ask the profitability segment assignment.

    Thanks & Regards

    Srinu
