CFM Upgrade from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 Ehp 5

Dear All,

we are upgrading CFM ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 Ehp5 . when we check in tpm_migration_cat there is no source release ECC 5.0. Can anybody suggest what is the procedure CFM upgrade from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0 Ehp5 and what are the activities we need to take care.
