iView is not showing anything on Mozilla

Hi @all,

there is an issue of browser compatibility for my EP7.3

whenever i login to portla and try to access any role it is not displaying any thing inside

see the snapshot

and advice some useful help ASAP.

Hi Manu,

You need to check the PAM to see which browsers are supported for your specific version. Do you know how to do that?

The version you will have to check could also be for your backend system (not the portal) if for example you are showing web dynpro abap applications that originates from the backend system and these fail. Because from your error it looks like the portal renders ok (top and left navigation) and it is the applications that doesn't render.

yes Boss,

but for most applications it is showing null (a grey blank screen)

checked PAM it supports Mozilla any ver.

and yes the scenario is exactly what you depicted

if any further doubts and Hints?

which version/SP is the system on that the applications that fails (grey screen) orginates from?

A clean 700 version - no SP level for example as shown below?

With 7.0 it looks like you need SP 26 to support Firefox

Hi Manu,

As you can see in the matrix SP26 is needed to secure support. As you also can see even with SP26 there is a lot of grey areas with firefox

You can try to apply Unified Rendering notes but whether it will help you.....
