Exit or BADI for iw21 , after creating Notification

Hi experts,

My requirement is when we have created Notification using IW21 then i have to perform some activity. For this i required some EXIT or BADI.

I have tested using BADI

NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE

NOTIF_EVENT_POST

Also tested using Exit:QQMA0014

But unable to get the solution as my requirement is that table QMEL should get updated after creating Notification.

In the above exits or BADI'S table is not getting updated hence i am not able to proceed with my logic.

Kindly guide me on this.

Regards,

Prachi

    Hello Prachi,

the changing parameter 'CS_VIQMEL' of BADI NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE, can be used to change the data so that it goes to DB.

    But

i dint get your point .

'table QMEL should get updated after creating Notification.'

once the notification is saved...i.e. data is written to DB. then transacton is done. is my understanding correct?
