FB09 -BSEG-XREF1 and BSEG -XREF2 should open for modification

Hi Gurus,

        Our client requirement is In FB09 it should allow BSEG- XREF1 , BSEG- XREF2 , BSEG- XREF3 (Reference key1 ,2 ,3) which are at line item level in additional data should allow for modification. How can I achieve this. Could you please suggest

Hi Chandra,

Add those fields in OB32 customization for all account types and select properties based on business requirement.

Path :- SPRO > Financial accounting new > Document > Rules for changing documents > Document change rules for line items.

Hi,

This can be easily done by customizing, adding entries in the screen available in :

Financial accounting global settings (new) --> Document --> Rules for changing documents --> Document Change Rules, Line Item

Add entries for BSEG-XREF1, BSEG-XREF2 and BSEG-XREF3 with the desired account type.

Goto the path

SPRO-->Financial Accounting(New)-->Financial Accounting Global Settings(New)-->Document-->Rules for Changing Documents-->Document Change Rules, Line Item.

Goto the particular field name for example..BSEG-XREF1 and select the Field can be changed check box.
