Hi experts,

When am executing the payroll, Payroll has been processed for all the employees except one pernr

i tried to re run payroll for respective employee then system has passed one error as PAYROLL RESULTS ARE NOT EXISTING.

Then i checked payroll results (pc_payresult) there were no payroll results for the employee since day one on wards(01.04.2012 to 31.04.2013).

Checked Payroll status it is showing ERA date as 16.03.2012 and accounted to date as 30.04.2013

Control record status is in release for pay roll 02 2013(may 2013)

earliest retro as 01.2012(April 2012).

how results had got deleted and how can i go forward please suggest me.

Urgent Basis.

Thanks

Venkatesh

    • Hi experts,

Problem is because of sequence of pay results so it had impacted in the pay results, when i saw PC_PAYRESULT there were no records.

then i executed PC00_M99_UDIR retore payroll results directory then i have seen in-consistency was there in old and new directory, after executing this transaction am able to execute the payroll for respective employee

      Thanks All

    Hi Ven,

Please check if the employee belongs to the same payroll area for the date you are running in IT0002?

    Regards,
