Call Print Program For HR Forms

Dear All,

I wants to generate Time and Pay Statements for multiple EEs with the help of PC00_M40_HRF..

But form Class in non editable. It only display for PAYSLIP. How can i make it for another type of Form Class i.e.PAYRACC, PAYJNAL,TIME etc.

Hi,

You can edit the definition of the forms with the transaction HRFORMS. There you'll define if the form is a smartforms or adobe. Then you can edit the form (and class) via transaction SMARTFORMS or SFP.

Thanks for your reply.

My concern with selection screen available with PC00_M40_HRF. There i am not able  to choose option for TIME or another form Class. It is only displayed for PAYSLIP in Print Program Selection.

Is there any settings or configuration required for it?

You can just call the program H99_HRFOMRS_CALL .
